Une entreprise nationale canadienne, bien établie dans le commerce de détail est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Analyste conformité alimentaire, pour joindre son équipe située à Mont-Royal, à Montréal.
Dans ce rôle, tu participeras au maintien et à l’amélioration du plan de contrôle préventif alimentaire, tout en veillant à la conformité des produits alimentaires vendus à l’échelle nationale. Tu seras impliqué dans la révision de documentation technique, l’analyse de risques fournisseurs, l’évaluation réglementaire de nouveaux produits, les étiquettes, les emballages, les formulations, les claims, ainsi que le suivi d’investigations qualité ou sécurité produit.
Le rôle couvre principalement des produits alimentaires de type shelf-stable, comme les conserves, condiments, snacks, noix, fruits secs, café, thé, épices et autres produits secs.

Responsabilités
- Effectuer des évaluations réglementaires pour les produits alimentaires
- Réviser la documentation technique des produits : étiquettes, emballages, formulations, claims, certificats et rapports d’audit
- Évaluer la conformité des fournisseurs à travers les certifications, audits et documents techniques
- Collaborer avec les acheteurs, le département légal, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes
- Soutenir les investigations liées aux plaintes clients, enjeux qualité, sécurité produit ou demandes réglementaires
Profil
- Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en conformité réglementaire, assurance qualité ou sécurité produit dans l’industrie alimentaire
- Connaissance des cadres réglementaires canadiens : CFIA, Santé Canada, Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, Food and Drugs Act
- Capacité à interpréter de la documentation technique : formulations, étiquettes, certifications, claims, audits fournisseurs
- Expérience avec des produits alimentaires emballés, produits secs ou shelf-stable : un fort atout
- Bilinguisme en français et en anglais

A well-established Canadian national retail company is currently looking for a Food Compliance Analyst to join its team located in Mont-Royal, Montreal.
In this role, you will support the maintenance and improvement of the food preventive control plan, while ensuring the compliance of food products sold across Canada.
You will be involved in the review of technical documentation, supplier risk assessments, regulatory evaluations for new products, labels, packaging, formulations, claims, as well as the follow-up of quality or product safety investigations. The role mainly covers shelf-stable food products, such as canned goods, condiments, snacks, nuts, dried fruits, coffee, tea, spices, and other dry goods.
In addition to joining a company recognized across Canada, you will evolve in a structured, collaborative, and stimulating environment, with strong exposure to buying teams, legal, vendors, and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilities
- Conduct regulatory assessments for food products
- Review technical product documentation: labels, packaging, formulations, claims, certificates, and audit reports
- Assess supplier compliance through certifications, audits, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with buyers, the legal department, vendors, and internal teams
- Support investigations related to customer complaints, quality issues, product safety concerns, or regulatory inquiries
Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, or product safety within the food industry
- Knowledge of Canadian regulatory frameworks: CFIA, Health Canada, Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, Food an Drugs Act
- Ability to interpret technical documentation: formulations, labels, certifications, claims, supplier audits
- Experience with packaged food products, dry goods, or shelf-stable products: a strong asset
- Bilingual in French and English
