Part-Time Medical Office Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

-Greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner.
-Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
-Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
-Register patients and update medical records.
-Process faxes and correspondence.
-Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
-Maintain patient confidentiality and assist with office organization.

Qualifications:

-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong customer service and telephone etiquette.
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong computer skills is an asset.
- Medical office experience or completion of a Medical office Administration program is considered an asset but is not required.

Position Details:

-Part-time: Approximately 20-30 hours per week.
-Monday to Friday 1pm-5pm (hours may very).
-Wage will be base on qualification and experience.
-Start Date: Immediately.
