Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily branch operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality assurance
• Recruit, train, and supervise field crews and support staff
• Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate subcontractor agreements
• Handle client escalations and work to resolve issues promptly
• Drive local marketing efforts and generate referral business to grow the branch
• Monitor branch performance metrics, including profitability, job flow, and incident reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service industry (restoration, construction, or janitorial is a plus)
