Proposal and Marketing Specialist

Our client, a growing Western Canada architecture firm, is looking for a Proposal & Marketing Specialist to join their team, based out of the Calgary office. With decades of experience in the industry & multiple award recognitions for sustainability, design, planning & development this is a special opportunity to make an impact on the built environment. The local team is be compromised of Architect, Interns & Architectural Technologists that work collaboratively across various market sectors.

Your new role  

As the Proposal and Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for contributing to the firms proposal, marketing, and promotional efforts. In this job you will be researching project opportunities and leads, writing content for proposals, managing the preparation of proposals within strict deadlines, acting as the primary contact for proposals (both internally and externally). You will also be accountable producing written and visual materials for publications and business development initiatives, and taking ownership of the firms website and social media content.

What you'll need to succeed  

To be successful in this role you will need to have prior experience in the same or similar role for an architecture firm or related industry. You must have a strong track record in preparing proposals and award submissions, in addition to expertise in Adobe InDesign. You will be proactive, result driven and have exceptional writing, editing and communication skills.
