Vice President Technical Lead in AI Solutions

Take charge as Vice President Technical Lead at Citi, focusing on advanced AI solutions for our Services AI Platform. This hands-on role involves coding and strategic leadership in AI development.
In this pivotal position, you will guide the Services AI Platform engineering team, balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership. You will work on building multi-tenant ecosystems and develop custom applications, ensuring scalability and operational excellence. Your expertise in AI/ML, especially Generative AI, is essential for driving high-impact use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development of full-stack AI platform components
• Optimize multi-tenant intelligent agent architectures
• Enforce strict architectural implementation across platforms
• Write advanced data ingestion and retrieval code
• Collaborate with SMEs for automated code development
Requirements:
• 5+ years in AI/ML, including Generative AI
• 3+ years leading technical teams
• Extensive AWS experience for AI applications
• Strong portfolio of AI solutions in production
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
