Field Sales Representative | Shanto Dental Ceramics
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, field-based sales representative to grow and manage our dental lab client accounts. This person will be the face of the company to our clinics. Bringing in new accounts, maintaining and strengthening existing relationships, and flagging issues before they become problems. This is not an entry-level sales role: we need someone who already knows how to sell, negotiate, and build relationships without leaning on discounting.
What’s Expected
- Prospect and bring in new dental accounts
- Proactively surface account issues, risks, or concerns to the lab management team
- Know our products and case workflows well enough to speak credibly with doctors and their teams
- Own and hit sales growth and retention targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including underserved offices and referral opportunities
- Represent company values and culture in every client interaction
- Bring an outside perspective, challenge existing assumptions and processes, and apply best practices learned from other sales environments
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Proven track record selling in a non-discount driven environment (premium/value-based selling, not price-led)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self-starter (proactive)
- Comfortable working independently in the field
Preferred (not required)
- Dental industry knowledge or experience selling into dental/medical offices
- Experience selling in a lab, manufacturing, or B2B service environment
