Senior Manager in Field Supervision

Elevate your career with Manulife as a Senior Field Supervision Manager, a hybrid role that emphasizes compliance and advisor support. You will supervise daily activities and manage escalations effectively. This position requires significant experience in CIRO dealer supervision, enabling you to conduct complex reviews and provide training for advisory teams. You will act as a key liaison with the Regional Field Supervision Officer, enhancing relationships and ensuring adherence to regulatory demands. Regular travel within the region to advisor offices is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise advisor compliance activities and manage escalations
- Conduct thorough reviews of trade reports and account approvals
- Deliver training on supervisory expectations and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve supervisory challenges
- Perform branch visits and foster advisor relationships
- 5-7+ years in compliance or CIRO dealer supervision
- Registration as Supervisor with CIRO required
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills
- Bilingual candidates preferred for client support
