Client Engagement Representative Banking
CIBC
Support clients at CIBC’s Montreal banking centre using customer service and digital banking knowledge while working full-time on-site. Make each interaction meaningful from the moment clients arrive.
As a Client Engagement Representative on the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will understand immediate needs and identify opportunities. You will help with day-to-day banking, explain financial services products, and connect clients with appropriate team members. The regular position offers 37.5 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients as their first banking centre contact
- Manage client accounts and financial services products
- Listen, ask questions, and resolve client issues
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
Requirements:
- Client-first approach to customer service
- Digital literacy and comfort with evolving technologies
- Ability to collaborate toward collective success
- Passion for learning and growing knowledge
- High standards and genuine care in relationships
