Allied Universal is seeking Security Guard - Residential Floater in North York, Ontario
Title: Security Guard - Residential Floater
Location: North York, Ontario
Pay rate: $17.60 per hour
Status: Part-time / Casual
Shift: Must have the ability to work all shifts including Mornings, Afternoons as well as 12 hours, weekends and holidays
Overview
Allied Universal is seeking casual Security Guard - Residential Floater to work at our residential sites in North York, Ontario. The ideal candidate is a seasoned individual with excellent communication skills, willing to work various shifts , and able to work with a dynamic security team. If you have experience in residential security, enjoy patrolling, and can maintain a high level of professionalism, we'd like to hear from you.
Requirements
- Must have Residential Concierge Security experience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and wireless technology.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License .
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, occasionally climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements
- Must have Residential Security experience.
