Senior Automotive Finance Relationship Manager

Drive dealer growth through strategic relationship management and automotive finance expertise in a hybrid territory role across Quebec. Frequent daily travel is required.RBC seeks a Senior Relationship Manager for its Automotive Finance team. You will manage dealer relationships, advise on retail financing needs, and support profitable partnerships. The role requires automotive dealership knowledge, credit assessment expertise, and bilingual English-French communication across Canada.Key Responsibilities:
Manage dealer relationships across the assigned territoryRecommend sales, market, product, and pricing strategiesAdvise dealers on RBC products and profitabilityMonitor competitor pricing and adjust strategiesResolve customer issues from the first contactRequirements:
Three to five years in account management, development, or salesKnowledge of automotive, RV, and boat dealership operationsIn-depth credit approval process knowledgeAbility to identify business opportunities and maximize revenuesBilingual English and French communication skills requiredBring dealer relationship management, credit knowledge, and strategic sales expertise to RBC’s Automotive Finance team across Quebec.
