Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust

Building confidence in digital banking is a key part of this position. Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers in daily banking transactions and queries
Direct customers to appropriate personnel for solutions
Educate clients on digital banking platforms and services
Support frontline staff with cash and non-cash transactions
Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience

Requirements:

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of experience
Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent certification
Familiarity with MS Office and banking solutions
Strong communication skills with a customer-centered approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
