Gowling WLG is seeking a Director of Legal Talent to lead recruitment, development, engagement, retention, and career advancement of associates across Canada.
You will partner with practice group leaders to align talent strategies with the firm’s plan and values, while driving mentorship, performance and DEI initiatives across offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Waterloo, Hamilton, Ottawa and Montréal.
