Position: Recruiter
Competitive salary
Hybrid role: 4 days office, 1 day remote
12 month contract with the possibility of extension

Location: Toronto, ON

Standard: 9-5, 7.5 hours daily, 37.50 weekly, Mon.-Fri.

•Support recruiters and Sr. recruiters for ad hoc request
•Post req for Sr Recruiters

Qualifications
Must-have Skills/Experiences
•2+ years of high volume recruiter experience, agency experience within a fast paced environment (i.e. recruitment within a corporate recruiting for corporate roles )
•Experience working with senior leaders

•Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload; as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)
•Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
•Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience:

•Workday/Phenom experience
•agency environment recruitment within a corporate recruiting for corporate roles is preferred
•FI experience nice to have
•HR certification
•HR Degree

Soft Skills:
