Senior Software Engineer for AI at CaptivateIQ

Elevate sales performance management at CaptivateIQ as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI. Drive impactful AI projects, from architecture to implementation, in a collaborative environment.
As part of the innovative Agentic SDK team, you will define and manage the technical roadmap for AI platform initiatives. Your role requires deep expertise in Python and significant hands-on experience with LLM systems. You will also mentor engineers while making critical technical decisions that influence the organization’s direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define technical roadmap for complex AI platform projects
• Architect production-grade LLM orchestration systems
• Design MCP integrations and knowledge management systems
• Lead AI feature design with cross-functional teams
• Establish coding standards and architectural patterns
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
• Proficient in Python and backend architecture (Django preferred)
• Strong React and TypeScript frontend skills
• Hands-on LLM APIs experience
• Proven mentoring capabilities and project leadership
