Overview:

We’re seeking a technical leader to drive our AI strategy, including Precisely AI Studio—our developer portal and AI asset marketplace for the Precisely Data Integrity Suite . You'll combine hands-on engineering with team leadership and customer-facing collaboration: working directly with Precisely leaders and enterprise customers to shape what gets built, leading a small development team, and shipping the platform that lets customers discover, connect, and build with Precisely's AI assets. This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of  people, product, and code  — and who believes the best enterprise software sells itself through the value it delivers in the first few minutes

What you will do:

• Lead engineering and evolution of the AI Studio platform, including marketplace UI, agent execution, and MCP integration
• Define and enforce engineering standards across architecture, SDLC automation, testing, CI/CD, and deployment
• Mentor a high performing development team while driving execution and organizational alignment
• Partner with product, engineering, and enterprise customers to design and deliver reusable AI assets, agents, apps, and skills
• Translate customer use cases into scalable agent workflows, manifests, and skill pipelines
• Collaborate with platform architects to align AI Studio with enterprise API, data, and platform strategies
• Lead customer discovery sessions and technical reviews to ensure solutions address real business needs
• Serve as the technical bridge between customer requirements and platform capabilities
• Expand platform integrations across major LLM ecosystems including OpenAI, Claude, and enterprise data platforms
• Drive product led growth through onboarding optimization, marketplace innovation, analytics, and showcase/demo experiences

What we are looking for:

Required:

• B.Sc. Computer Science or Engineering
• 7+ years of full-stack engineering with at least 2 years in a  tech lead or team lead role. The tech stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Express, MongoDB, AWS Bedrock, Python/Flask, Playwright, Vitest, GitLab CI, GitHub
• Proven experience collaborating with customers or stakeholders to shape technical deliverables
• Product-Led Growth mindset — you think in activation funnels, time-to-value, and usage signals, not just features
• Production experience with  js App Router and server components
• Hands-on experience with  LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) — tool use, streaming, prompt engineering
• Comfortable with  Python (Flask) for backend microservices
• Strong communication skills — able to lead technical conversations with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders

AI Skills/Knowledge:

• Hands-on experience with  LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI) — tool use, streaming, prompt engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with  Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-calling standards
• Experience building  developer portals or marketplace products
• Background in  data governance, data quality, geo-addressing, or location intelligence domains
• Knowledge of  OIDC / OAuth2 authentication flows
• Experience with AWS Bedrock or similar managed LLM services
