Pharmaceutical Sales Representative / Représentant(e) en ventes pharmaceutiques

Merck seeks an Oncology Sales Representative to build relationships with healthcare professionals and support adoption of innovative cancer treatments across a Ontario territory. The role combines account management, clinical education, and strategic business execution within a collaborative, purpose-driven organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and sustain relationships with oncology stakeholders in academic and community healthcare settings
Partner with healthcare professionals to identify patient needs and care delivery improvement opportunities
Support optimal adoption and utilization of innovative oncology therapies across multiple indications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies and territory planning
Maintain current knowledge of oncology treatments, healthcare systems, and emerging clinical data

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or customer-facing sales experience
Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
Learning agility and genuine interest in oncology expertise
Ability to travel within territory and occasionally beyond
Hospital or specialty sales experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Ontario healthcare system (preferred)

Compensation: $98,560 - $147,840 CAD base
