Senior Manager Of Credit Risk Modelling

As the Sr. Manager of Advanced Credit Risk Modelling, you'll spearhead the transition from legacy systems to an automated tech stack. Your expertise in machine learning and credit risk regulations will ensure compliance with Model Risk Management standards while driving user-centered financial solutions through AI. Collaborate closely with IT and MLOps, building dynamic teams and models that resonate with both regulatory and business needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of next-generation credit risk models - Transition and automate legacy modeling frameworks - Implement explainable AI frameworks for novel ML risk models - Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines for model monitoring - Mentor and grow a multidisciplinary analytics team
Requirements: - Master's or PhD in a relevant field - 7+ years in Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics - Expertise in IFRS 9 and credit risk frameworks - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms - Leadership experience in a technical setting
