Compliance Leadership Position at Equiton

Become a leader in compliance at Equiton as a Senior Manager, Compliance. Focus on regulatory adherence and enhancing compliance programs across the organization. This role, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, involves collaborating with multiple departments, including sales and IT. You will oversee the Corporate Compliance Program's implementation and provide expert advice on compliance matters. Address client complaints, conduct risk assessments, and support ongoing compliance training initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory compliance and business practices
- Monitor compliance controls and report findings
- Lead compliance training sessions for all employees
- Assist in drafting compliance reports for the Board
- Support daily compliance functions across various teams
- 5+ years of experience in compliance within financial services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Excellent abilities in communication and collaboration
- Keen attention to detail and compliance accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
