Site Manager with AIM
American Iron & Metal (AIM)
Drive excellence as a Site Manager at American Iron & Metal, focusing on operational tasks and safety compliance in a dynamic environment. Your leadership will directly impact yard productivity. In this role, you will supervise and lead operations, reporting to the Regional Manager. Key responsibilities include goal setting, organizing employee workflows, and maintaining productivity through constructive feedback. You will ensure compliance with both legal and company standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate performance goals
- Organize workflow and employee tasks effectively
- Monitor productivity levels and provide guidance
- Maintain timekeeping and manage personnel records
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports
- Experience as a supervisor or site manager required
- Background in metal scrap industry is beneficial
- Knowledge of forklifts and commercial trucks needed
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications essential
