Toronto-Based Senior QA Engineer Role

This position requires a seasoned QA professional with 5+ years of experience in manual testing. Your responsibilities will include strategic defect management in JIRA, executing detailed manual testing, and maintaining robust documentation in coordinating with development teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing of web applications
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of bug tracking in JIRA
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases
- Partner with teams to uphold quality standards at all project stages
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA roles
- Strong understanding of SDLC frameworks and analytical skills
- Proficient in SQL and expert-level skills in JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Experience with API testing using Postman is a plus
