Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de magasin de détail qui rejoindra notre équipe au sein d’un environnement accueillant. Dans ce rôle, vous dirigerez et inspirerez le personnel afin de garantir des expériences exceptionnelles à la clientèle. Ce que vous ferez
- Favoriser l’excellence opérationnelle dans des domaines comme le marchandisage visuel, le service à la clientèle et le traitement des marchandises et de l’entrepôt.
- Maintenir des standards élevés en matière de service à la clientèle et d’exploitation des magasins en fournissant des mises à jour claires et en assurant l’alignement des équipes.
- Planifier, prioriser et guider les tâches à effectuer tout en favorisant la collaboration et la formation des associés en ce qui concerne les politiques et procédures de service à la clientèle.
- Former et perfectionner les associés sur la présentation des marchandises et le service à la clientèle et favoriser une culture de collaboration et d’amélioration.
- Améliorer la stratégie de marque et de rapport qualité-prix du magasin en créant des présentations de marchandise attrayantes dans les principales zones.
À propos de vous
- Expérience pertinente : une à deux années d’expérience dans le commerce de détail ou le service à la clientèle, avec une bonne compréhension des besoins des clients et des processus opérationnels.
- Collaboration au sein de l’équipe : esprit collaboratif favorisant un travail d’équipe efficace et des relations positives.
- Gestion des tâches : capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches dans un environnement rapide tout en s’adaptant aux nouveaux défis.
- Communication et gestion du temps : bonnes compétences en matière de communication et de gestion du temps pour un partage d’information clair et une hiérarchisation des tâches efficace.
