The Opportunity
We're seeking a Hostess to create memorable first impressions at House of McGrath. You'll manage guest greetings, seating, and front-of-house flow, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming vibe that sets the tone for exceptional dining. Perfect for organized hospitality pros who love guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and seat tables efficiently to optimize flow.
- Coordinate wait times, phone inquiries, and takeout orders with poise.
- Maintain entrance area cleanliness and assist servers during peak times.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and communicate with management as needed.
- Follow health/safety protocols and assist with opening/closing duties.
Qualifications
- 1+ years in hosting/reception or customer-facing restaurant role.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong organizational skill.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in fast-paced setting.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays
