Dynamic Registered Nurse for Dialysis Care

Enhance your nursing career as a Registered Nurse in the Hemodialysis team at Royal Inland Hospital, Kamloops, BC. Your role will entail using nursing science to assess and implement care for patients with kidney disease. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care that meets the complex needs of patients. Shifts will vary between days and nights, offering diverse work experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans in hemodialysis
- Work with healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Ensure adherence to safety and care protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records during treatment
- Current registration with British Columbia College of Nurses
- Completion of recognized nephrology nursing program
- At least one year of hemodialysis nursing experience
- Current BCLS certification
- Valid BC Driver’s License
