As Paid Search Manager, you lead paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You own targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and client explanations. The work spans Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads across several accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid media across four advertising platforms
- Allocate budgets, bids, targeting, and creative tests
- Maintain conversion tracking and attribution through GA4
- Build 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps
- Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account growth
Requirements:
- Three-plus years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign-building, management, and optimization experience
- Demonstrated movement in ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live US client calls
