Shift:
?Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
?Permanent direct-hire opportunity
?Annual salary of $50,000 - $80,000, based on experience
?Comprehensive group benefits after 6 months
?Tools & work boots allowance

?Company-provided transportation from the reporting location to job sites
 
Responsibilities:
As a Carpenter, you'll be responsible for a variety of restoration and reconstruction projects, including:

• Framing and structural repairs
• Drywall installation and finishing
• Flooring installation and repair
• Window and door replacement
• Cabinet installation and finish carpentry
• Exterior repairs including siding, soffit, fascia, and decking
• Reading project scopes and completing work to specification
• Maintaining safe, clean, and professional job sites

Qualifications:

• Previous carpentry experience in residential and/or commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building materials
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Customer-focused approach

Mandatory Requirements:
??Valid Class 5 Driver's License & Clean Driver's Abstract
??Clean Criminal Record check
??Reliable transportation to commute to the company reporting location
??Ability to travel to various project sites using company-provided transportation
??Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift construction materials as required
