## Job Overview
LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH AUTOMOTIVE OFFICE EXPERIENCE
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
## Duties
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist in data entry tasks to maintain accurate records
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries using phone systems
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
## Qualifications
- Experience in an office setting, preferably in a dental office
- Proficient in administrative tasks and organizational skills
- Familiarity with clerical duties and office procedures
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in Google Suite applications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$40.71 per hour
