- Define the commercial strategy, focusing on pricing and risks
- Direct integrated planning across the order pipeline and capacity
- Analyze margin and unit economics for informed leadership decisions
- Build tools and dashboards for scalable integrated planning
- Lead high-priority initiatives in collaboration with leadership
- Post‑secondary education in business or engineering
- 5+ years in strategy or business operations
- Strong problem-solving and financial acumen
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
- Experience in scaling or ambiguous environments
