AI Training Postdoctoral Researcher

Apply advanced research expertise to AI training as a fully remote, flexible contract researcher focused on rigorous reasoning problems.

Alignerr seeks Masters and PhD-level researchers for hourly contract work supporting AI development. You will design complex problems, evaluate generated outputs, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers. The work requires strong technical judgment, clear communication, and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and solve advanced multidisciplinary research problems
  • Craft complex statements challenging AI reasoning capabilities
  • Evaluate outputs for rigor, logic, and technical accuracy
  • Collaborate asynchronously with researchers and domain experts
  • Maintain clarity, depth, and precision across deliverables

Requirements:

  • Masters or PhD in STEM or highly technical field
  • Research, publication, or complex technical project management record
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent, self-motivated asynchronous working style
  • English fluency and residence in eligible countries

Use advanced research, technical evaluation, and domain expertise to improve AI reasoning through Alignerr's remote contract work.
