Une entreprise manufacturière faisant partie d'un groupe solide a créé un nouveau poste et recherche un(e) Directeur(trice) de production pour piloter et améliorer ses opérations.
VOTRE MANDAT
Relevant du directeur d'usine, la personne retenue agira comme leader terrain et sera responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la performance des activités de production , tout en assurant l'atteinte des objectifs en matière de qualité, sécurité, efficacité et respect des échéanciers.
Elle aura sous sa responsabilité une équipe d'environ 30 employés non syndiqués , incluant des superviseurs et du personnel de production.
Principales responsabilités
- Planifier, organiser et superviser l'ensemble des opérations de production
- Coordonner les équipes afin d'assurer une exécution efficace selon les priorités
- Assurer le respect des standards de qualité en collaboration avec l'équipe qualité
- Agir comme lien stratégique entre la production, la direction et les départements de soutien
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et les objectifs opérationnels
- Gérer de façon proactive les ressources humaines, matérielles et opérationnelles
- Mobiliser, encadrer et développer les membres de son équipe
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre des initiatives d'amélioration continue
- Participer à la résolution de problèmes techniques et opérationnels
- Favoriser un environnement de travail sécuritaire et performant
Profil recherché
- Formation en gestion des opérations, génie industriel, administration ou équivalent
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de production en milieu manufacturier
- Expérience significative en supervision d'équipes multidisciplinaires
- Connaissances en fabrication métallique (un atout important)
- Intérêt vif pour l'amélioration continue et l'optimisation des procédés

Conditions et avantages

- 4 semaines de vacances ou plus , selon l'expérience
- Fermeture annuelle durant les vacances de la construction et la période des Fêtes
- Horaire de jour du lundi au vendredi ( aucune garde en dehors des heures )
- Environnement dynamique avec comité social actif (activités sportives, événements, implication communautaire, etc.)
