HR Coordinator

Main responsibilities: HR operations, processing manager changes, drafting employment verification letters, managing the "ask HR" inbox, and providing general guidance on HR policies to frontline staff. - Coordinate employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and HRIS transactions, ensuring accuracy, approvals, documentation, and timely completion of activities. - Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, programs, processes, documentation requirements, and escalating complex matters as needed. - Prepare employment-related documentation and correspondence, including employment verifications, status changes, letters, and other HR records. - Maintain employee records and support compliance activities, including records management, policy administration, confidentiality requirements, and audit preparation. - Partner with Payroll, Benefits, managers, HR teams, external providers, and other stakeholders to coordinate employee-related processes, communications, and issue resolution. - Support HR programs, projects, and initiatives by coordinating communications, logistics, documentation, tracking, and follow-up activities. - Perform general HR operational and administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee information.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
