Quotations Specialist – Amico Clinical Solutions

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to Sales/customer queries related to product quotes
• Prepare and provide quotes for new and existing customers
• Coordinate with other departments, particularly Sales Representatives and Project Managers for quotation inquiries
• Review the quotes for errors or missed items
• Prepare budgetary quotations by CAD drawings for various medical products
• Maintain quality service by following organisational standards
• Provide supporting documentation for the RFP process
• Other duties as assigned and deemed appropriate

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent
• Productive time‑management skills including prioritising, organising, and planning effectively to meet goals and deadlines
• Self‑motivated; able to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
• Proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid analytical skills and problem‑solving skills; ability to make quick decisions
• Attention to detail; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
• Proficient in using Excel and Outlook
• Experience in Accounting is an asset

Salary Range: $50,000 – salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
