Casual Administrative Assistant
Southeast Advocates Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Casual Administrative Assistant to support our Estevan office. Duties include: Greeting clients, answering phones and providing reception support. Processing payroll, invoices, expense claims and payments using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Telpay. Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records. Supporting staff with general office administration. Creating and scheduling Facebook and Instagram content for our Weyburn and Estevan offices. Communicating with staff to promote programs, events and community activities. Assisting with other administrative duties as required. Qualifications: Experience in office administration, bookkeeping or payroll. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365 and social media platforms. Strong organizational, communication and computer skills. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain confidentiality. Experience with Canva or Meta Business Suite is an asset.Vacancy posted 5 hours ago
