Remote Salon Account Sales Representative
Insight Global
Remote salon account sales work requires SAP order management and customer communication across Western Canada during PST or MST hours. Support salon customers from British Columbia or Alberta.
This Inside Sales Representative manages accounts and supports recognized salon brands through accurate order processing, fulfillment coordination, and customer service. The position partners with field sales to support business growth while addressing product, order, and account inquiries. Candidates should bring relevant sales or service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage salon customer orders using SAP
- Track orders through delivery and fulfillment
- Resolve shipping, inventory, pricing, and account issues
- Communicate promotions, discounts, and product launches
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, warehouse, and support teams
Requirements:
- One or more years of inside sales experience
- Experience with SAP or similar business systems
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Experience processing and managing customer orders
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
