Pour orchestrer notre offre culinaire et faire rayonner l'expérience de nos membres et visiteurs, nous sommes à la recherche d'une personnalité dynamique et passionnée pour combler le poste de Directeur / Directrice de la restauration. Vous rejoindrez une équipe humaine, collaborative et prête à vous soutenir dans votre évolution professionnelle.
Responsabilités
- Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes
- Superviser 5 à 10 personnes
- Gestion du budget de 100001 $ - 500000 $
- Surveiller le rendement du personnel
- Planifier et diriger les activités liées à la préparation et à la cuisson des aliments, préparer certains repas et aliments de spécialité au besoin
- Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes
- Superviser le personnel
- Former le personnel
- Déterminer le type de services qui seront offerts et mettre en place les procédures de fonctionnement
- Appliquer les lois et les règlements provinciaux ou territoriaux concernant les boissons alcoolisées
- Organiser et tenir un inventaire à jour
- Veiller à ce que les règles de santé et de sécurité soient respectées
- Traiter avec les fournisseurs des dispositions relatives à la fourniture de produits alimentaires et autres produits
- Diriger des activités ou donner des instructions
Modalités
- Quarts de travail offerts de jour, soir, fin de semaine et d’autres quarts de travail
- Temps plein 40 heures par semaine, fixe
- Fourchette salariale de 34,00 $ à 38,00 $ de l'heure, négociable selon l'expérience et le profil du candidat
- Milieu de travail rural, région de Lanaudière
Le profil recherché
- Certificat ou diplôme dans le domaine de la restauration ou expérience équivalente
- Minimum 5 années d'expérience progressive dans le secteur de la restauration, expérience préalable en supervision de personnel et en gestion d’équipe, un grand atout
- Oral : français. Écrit : français ou anglais
