Senior Strategy Operations Manager

Lead digital strategy, operations, and AI workflow development at Equinix from its Toronto office. Shape priorities across DIO with analytical and financial acumen.As Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations in the DIO Office of the COO, you will lead strategic projects across planning, operations, strategy, and finance. You will structure ambiguous questions, develop recommendations, and build AI agents and workflows that scale. The work requires autonomy, executive communication, and cross-functional influence.Key Responsibilities:
Drive cross-organizational initiatives from definition through execution and handoffShape annual and multi-year DIO strategy and operating plansDesign governance, cadences, and decision forums for executionPartner on budgets, SG&A targets, resource allocation, and business casesBuild AI agents and workflows for planning, analysis, and reportingRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceEight or more years in strategy, operations, or consultingExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives to completionStrong analytical, quantitative, and financial capabilitiesHands-on experience building adopted internal AI workflows or agentsBring structured problem solving, executive communication, and AI fluency to Equinix’s DIO strategy and operations work.
