Lead impactful initiatives as the Operations Strategy Manager at Dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre. Your expertise in analytical problem solving will drive operational efficiency and business growth.
In this senior role, you will orchestrate complex, cross-functional projects to improve performance across one of North America's largest dental networks. Key responsibilities involve strategic analysis, collaboration with senior leaders, and ensuring measurable outcomes through hands-on execution of initiatives. You will leverage insights from data to define strategies that empower practice growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, execute, and evaluate operational efficiency initiatives - Develop operational playbooks and pilot program recommendations - Leverage data to uncover revenue growth opportunities - Create forecasting models for revenue and operational performance - Develop dashboards to track key business metrics
Requirements: - 3+ years in management consulting or operations strategy - Strong analytical expertise and attention to detail - Proven problem-solving ability in dynamic environments - Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences - Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
