En tant que Responsable de Studio au sein d’un Studio de Vente Lucid , votre principale responsabilité sera de gérer directement, encadrer, développer et soutenir une équipe de vente afin d’articuler et de délivrer avec succès la marque Lucid et l’expérience de propriété. Ce rôle reportera directement au Responsable de Marché afin de diriger l’équipe du studio ainsi que les processus permettant au studio d’atteindre ses objectifs de ventes.
SANTÉ DE L’ACTIVITÉ
- Encadrer et motiver l’équipe de vente afin d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes, d’essais routiers, de livraisons et de productivité
· Faire preuve de leadership commercial en effectuant des jeux de rôle et en maintenant une présence active dans les espaces en contact avec les clients
· Former et développer l’équipe sur les processus de vente, de financement et de livraison
· Analyser les données pour déterminer les stratégies commerciales optimales
· Définir des objectifs individuels pour votre équipe, en veillant à ce que les processus et routines favorisent la constitution d’un pipeline et la création de propriétaires afin d’atteindre les objectifs du studio
· Veiller à ce que l’équipe maîtrise tous les aspects liés à la connaissance des produits Lucid ainsi que les offres pertinentes de l’industrie automobile et le paysage concurrentiel
· Viser l’excellence dans toutes les zones d’activité afin d’atteindre les attentes propres à l’emplacement concerné
ENGAGEMENT DES EMPLOYÉS
- Fournir un coaching ciblé et un développement des compétences pour les Spécialistes de Vente et les Ambassadeurs de Marque afin d’exceller dans les indicateurs de performance, avec des réunions individuelles hebdomadaires
· Recruter, former et développer une équipe performante et axée sur le client, en veillant à ce que tous les postes soient pourvus en temps opportun
· Fournir leadership, direction et accompagnement à tous les membres de l’équipe de vente afin d’assurer une expérience fluide pour les clients et l’ensemble de la communauté Lucid
· Développer des équipes inclusives, diversifiées et performantes en définissant des processus efficaces et en développant l’équipe à travers des moments d’apprentissage
· Définir des objectifs de vente, des échéances et des listes cibles pour les Spécialistes de Vente et suivre les résultats afin d’assurer l’exécution rapide des initiatives de génération de leads ou de marché
· Faire preuve d’assurance dans les opérations et la planification de tous les aspects de l’activité, y compris l’élaboration des plans mensuels d’atteinte des ventes et la communication des résultats à l’équipe
· Gérer les leads, rendez-vous, réservations et motiver l’équipe à obtenir des résultats en communiquant les initiatives de l’entreprise et en engageant l’équipe via un coaching efficace, la gestion de la performance et la formation
EXPÉRIENCE CLIENT
- Veiller à ce que tous les employés offrent une expérience de premier ordre à chaque interaction sur le plancher du studio, lors des essais routiers, et lors du suivi actif des leads
· Responsabiliser et guider les employés face aux préoccupations complexes des clients afin de prendre des décisions dans l’intérêt du client tout en soutenant la mission de Lucid
· Agir également en tant que Conseiller Commercial Senior , en gérant les clients à fort potentiel
· Gérer la clientèle VIP
· Votre leadership opérationnel contribuera à encadrer et former votre équipe de vente afin d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle touchant à la fois le cœur et l’esprit du client
OPÉRATIONS DU STUDIO
- Assumer la responsabilité des opérations du studio afin d’assurer un parcours client fluide et sans friction, de la réservation jusqu’à la livraison
· Superviser l’inventaire et la présentation du merchandising
· Gérer et coordonner la planification des horaires de l’équipe du studio
· Collaborer avec les Opérations Retail et coordonner avec les fournisseurs et prestataires de services selon les besoins
· Veiller à ce que l’entretien des installations et la présentation du showroom respectent les standards de la marque
· S’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique où l’innovation est incontournable et où le changement est constant
· Assister dans les opérations quotidiennes selon les besoins
Qualifications
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de magasin dans le retail, le luxe ou l’hôtellerie
· Expérience en gestion des ventes automobiles souhaitée
· Diplôme de licence ou expérience équivalente en commerce, vente ou discipline associée
· Expérience dans la direction d’une équipe de professionnels orientés vente capables d’atteindre leurs objectifs
· Expérience dans la prise de décisions basées sur les données et la responsabilisation de l’équipe vis-à-vis des KPI
· Solide expérience et capacité à diriger une équipe favorisant un environnement inclusif et collaboratif
· Agir avec urgence et promouvoir l’excellence dans tous les objectifs de l’entreprise
· Maîtrise de l’anglais ; une seconde langue est un atout
· Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, des outils CRM (ex. : Salesforce) et des systèmes de gestion retail
· Démontrer une passion pour les véhicules électriques et le marché des véhicules premium
· Capacité à travailler en soirée et le week-end dans un environnement retail
· Capacité à obtenir la licence appropriée du DMV de l’État, le cas échéant
· Permis de conduire valide sans suspension au cours de l’année précédente. Les conducteurs de moins de 21 ans doivent avoir détenu un permis de conduire pendant au moins 3 ans et réussir la formation Lucid à l’embauche
· Les exigences physiques incluent la capacité de se tordre, se pencher, s’accroupir, atteindre et rester debout pendant de longues périodes, avec ou sans aménagement raisonnable
As a Studio Manager within a Lucid Sales Studio, your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience. This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.
BUSINESS HEALTH
- Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals
- Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and having an active presence in customer-facing locations
- Train and develop team on sales, financing and delivery processes
- Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies
- Set individual goals for your team, ensuring processes and routines are conducive to building pipeline and creating owners in order to reach studio goals
- Ensure the team is fluent in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge and relevant automotive industry offerings, and competitive landscape
- Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for the respective location
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Provide targeted coaching, skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to excel in performance metrics with weekly one-on one meetings
- Recruitment, training and development of a high performing and customer focused team, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner
- Provide leadership, direction and coach all members of the Sales Team to ensure a seamless experience for customers and all members of the Lucid community.
- Develop inclusive, diverse, and high performing teams through defining efficient processes and developing the sales team through teaching moments.
- Sets sales goals, timelines, and target lists for Sales Specialists and tracks results to ensure timely execution on lead generation and/or market Initiatives.
- Demonstrates a confidence in operations and planning all aspects of the business including developing monthly sales attainment plans and communication of results to team.
- Manages leads, appointments, reservations and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company initiatives and engaging team through effective coaching, performance management and training.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Responsible for ensuring all employees provide best-in-class experience in every interaction on the studio floor, in test drives, and through actively following up on leads
- Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers’ best interest while also supporting Lucid’s mission
- Also acts as a Senior Sales Advisor, handling high-potential customers
- Clientele management for VIP customers
- Your hands-on leadership will assist in coaching and training your sales team to deliver an exceptional experience that touches both the heart and mind of the customer.
STUDIO OPERATIONS
- Own the operations within the studio to ensure the customer journey is frictionless and seamless from reservation through to delivery.
- Supervise merchandising product inventory and display
- Manage and coordinate Studio team scheduling.
- Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation is inevitable, and change is expected.
- Assist with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality.
- Automotive sales management experience preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
- Experience with leading a team of sales focused professionals that can deliver an achievement of their targets.
- Experience making data driven decisions and holding team accountable to KPI’s
- Extensive experience and ability to lead a team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives.
- Proficient in English with a secondary language skill set being a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
- Demonstrates a passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
- Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
