Take a bold step in your career with Orchard Medical Centre in Port Alberni. This role offers room to establish a new practice or take over an existing patient panel. Orchard Medical Centre is looking for an enthusiastic physician ready to either start fresh or transition in an established family practice. Work within a supportive environment in a three-level building which includes ample space for your practice needs. You can select your EMR and benefit from part-time hours with guidance from the current physician. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate your unique patient practice or take ownership of an existing panel
- Utilize available office space for efficient operations
- Transition into patient care using electronic billing systems
- Collaborate with a professional medical office assistant
- Enjoy a flexible part-time schedule during the transition
- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- An interest in starting or acquiring a practice
- Focused on providing high-quality family healthcare
- Ability to embrace rural practice benefits
- Enthusiasm for engaging with the local community
