An established national organisation is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, accessibility, and performance of its critical business applications. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative technology team driving innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation initiatives that support employees, stakeholders, and members across the organisation.
Your new role
As the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies across multiple technology projects and applications. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements, quality standards, and accessibility guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing environments.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, HP Quality Center, or similar platforms.
- Experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Scripting or programming experience with Java and/or Python.
- Strong knowledge of QA and UAT methodologies, testing strategies, and defect management processes.
- Experience with accessibility testing standards and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Angular, and CSS.
