Associate Medical Manager Pharmacovigilance

Medical safety expertise and pharmacovigilance define this Associate Medical Manager position with Fortrea. Work full-time from home in Canada while supporting patient safety solutions.

This Associate Medical Manager role is designed for an MD or DO with at least four years of pharmacovigilance experience. You will review post-marketing cases involving drugs, devices, and combination products. The work includes medical assessment, coding, narratives, trackers, quality review, and team guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide medical safety expertise for post-marketing products
Conduct primary medical review of safety cases
Document daily case data and feedback
Perform secondary and retrospective case reviews
Train case processing teams on medical aspects

Requirements:

MD or DO with four years pharmacovigilance experience
Clinical trial and post-approval experience
Comprehensive understanding of the US healthcare system
Working knowledge of medical sciences, diagnosis, and therapeutics
Proficiency in spoken, written, and read English

Bring clinical judgment, case review expertise, and regulatory knowledge to Fortrea’s remote Canadian patient safety team.
