SirLuckHomes Inc., Brokerage is a growing Ontario brokerage looking for licensed REALTORS (or candidates currently in the licensing process) ready to scale their business with real support.
This is a 100% virtual position serving the GTA — work from anywhere in Ontario. Full-time preferred; part-time considered for the right candidate.
- Inbound lead flow + nurtured pipeline (not cold spam)
- CRM, automation, and transaction-management tools built in
- Direct mentorship from the Broker of Record

- Are licensed (or in process) with RECO / TRREB
- Have closed 1+ deals in the last 12 months OR have proven hustle

Compensation is 100% commission-based. Top performers earn $150K+. Range listed reflects realistic first-year to top-producer earnings.
