This contract Sales Agent role represents an established insurance brand serving union members, veterans, and families. You will receive leads, training, technology, and ongoing support while helping prospective clients understand benefit programs. Previous insurance experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations
• Meet prospective clients through Zoom
• Explain benefit programs and support informed enrollment decisions
• Serve union members, veterans, families, and partner organizations
• Establish activity and performance goals with your regional manager

Requirements:

• Clear written, phone, and video communication skills
• Organized, disciplined, dependable, and coachable approach
• Ability to manage schedules without constant supervision
• Basic computer skills and comfort using Zoom
• Required provincial or state life-insurance license, or willingness to obtain
