Responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports.
- Supervise workers and projects.
- Co‑coordinate and schedule activities.
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
- Train or arrange for training.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co‑coordinate work activities with other work units.
Supervision
- 1 to 2 people
- 3 to 4 people
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 to less than 5 years.
- Languages: English.
- Personal suitability: Reliability, team player.
- Physical capability: Work under pressure.
