Join our team as a Construction Estimator with flexible hours. This full-time role requires preparation of estimates and project feasibility assessments to drive successful building projects. As a Construction Estimator, you will leverage your 1 to 2 years of experience to prepare labor and material cost estimates. Your insights will guide economic feasibility studies and help manage project cash flow effectively. Collaboration with a range of professionals will be essential to monitor project progress and adjust cost estimates accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates of labor and material costs
• Conduct preliminary project feasibility studies
• Manage cash flow and financing requirements
• Maintain an updated directory of trade contractors
• Liaise with stakeholders on cost adjustments

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience
• Necessary security clearance and clean record
• Strong organizational skills
