Shape the future of AI at MLabs as a Senior Applied AI Engineer in Toronto. This pivotal role involves developing frameworks and enhancing developer experiences in a collaborative, on-site environment. As a key member of the technical staff, you will build open-source tools that empower AI agents to navigate the web effectively. Your expertise will streamline integration for developers while ensuring high-impact demonstrations of AI capabilities. Leverage your full-stack experience to prototype and enact features that matter. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain open-source AI integration tools
- Design evaluation frameworks for browser-based AI tasks
- Develop full-stack features with frontend and backend capabilities
- Produce high-quality technical documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with early adopters to ensure successful implementations
- 4+ years of production-grade coding experience
- Proficiency in AI tools and frameworks
- Strong skills in technical writing and communication
- Understanding of developer tooling and ergonomics
- Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment
