Become a key player at Solstice as a Senior Applied AI Engineer in Toronto. Lead the technical direction of AI systems and impact how life sciences commercialize therapeutics. This pivotal role gives you hands-on ownership from day one. Work alongside engineering leaders and participate in shaping product strategy. You’ll address complex challenges like connecting content to outcomes and ensuring compliance through innovative metrics while building robust AI systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and operation of AI systems in production
- Evaluate real-world performance of generated pharma assets
- Develop claim-level attribution for precise content sourcing
- Implement CI/CD processes for ML systems and monitor outputs
- Create metrics to assess and improve system performance
- Proven experience with ML systems in production
- Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, Docker, AWS
- Depth in AI models and evaluation methods
- Ownership mentality with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations
