As a call counsellor, you will help to deliver world-class service by responding to CAA Member calls for assistance. Key Responsibilities Professionally respond to inbound member requests for emergency road service.Accurately record details regarding member's location & circumstances into a windows-based database.
Handle large volume of calls in a positive manner.
Maintain current knowledge of resources related to CAA Saskatchewan products and services, emergency response services (ERS) and systems. Experience & Requirements Professional telephone communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask by navigating through several screens while at the same time speaking with the member.
Ability to probe and ensure understanding of information provided.
A common-sense approach to decision-making and analyzing situations.
Ability to work under pressure while displaying good judgement and composure.
Basic computer skills.
