Lead strategic partnerships in Toronto through executive relationship management, commercial judgment, and business growth. This hybrid contract requires at least three onsite days weekly.Altis Recruitment seeks an Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships for an 18–24 month contract. You will oversee financial services, retail, and entertainment partnerships while strengthening account management. The mandate includes delivering contractual commitments, commercial KPIs, and account plans.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee strategic partnership portfolios across financial services, retail, and entertainmentBuild trusted relationships with senior executives and address partnership risksIdentify customer acquisition, engagement, and integrated commercial initiativesEstablish executive relationship mapping and proactive performance reviewsPresent portfolio performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadershipRequirements:
10+ years in strategic partnerships or commercial relationship managementStrong understanding of complex partnerships and business growthExperience delivering measurable outcomes with VP-level stakeholdersDirect people management and cross-functional leadership experienceExcellent English communication, executive presence, and commercial judgmentBring strategic account leadership, executive communication, and partnership growth expertise to this Toronto-based leadership contract.
