Executive Director: Strategy, Equity & Indigenous Partnerships

YWCA NWT is seeking an Executive Director to drive strategic implementation, safe program delivery, financial stewardship and staff leadership. You will serve as the principal public spokesperson, build Indigenous and community partnerships, and report to the Board on performance, risk and governance.The role requires extensive leadership experience in nonprofit settings, strong advocacy skills and a commitment to culturally safe, trauma-informed practice within the Northwest Territories
