Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
Install plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and safety.
Collaborate with other trades to provide seamless service.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Deliver a professional, safety-focused, 5-star customer experience.
Qualifications
Journeyperson Plumber, Journeyperson Refrigeration Technician, or experienced HVAC Technician.
Residential service experience preferred.
Gasfitter certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.
